Cancel 48 hours or more before your tour and you get all your money back. Inside 48 hours, what you've paid isn't refundable. If we cancel, you don't lose anything.

Paying for your tour
Prices are in Thai baht, per person. You can pay the full amount when you book, or pay a 30% deposit and give the rest to your guide in cash at pickup.
Online payments are by card or PromptPay through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Your booking is confirmed once your payment goes through. We then email you with your guide and pickup details.
Cancelling
Email explorecminfo@gmail.com with your booking reference (it starts with ECM-). The 48 hours are counted back from your scheduled pickup time, using the time your email reaches us.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
If you paid a deposit and cancel less than 48 hours before pickup, the deposit isn't refunded and you don't owe the balance.
Changing your date
You can move to another date for free if you ask 48 hours or more before pickup, as long as we have space. A change requested inside 48 hours counts as a cancellation.
To change the number of travellers, email us before your tour. Extra travellers are charged at the tour price. Removing travellers follows the same 48-hour rule.
Weather, safety and changes on the day
Northern Thailand's weather, river levels and park rules can change quickly. Your guide may reorder the day or swap an activity for a comparable one when conditions make it unsafe or closed.
If we have to cancel the whole tour, you choose between a full refund and a free move to another date.
Pickup
Hotel pickup is included. We confirm your pickup time by email before the tour. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at that time. If we can't find you and can't reach you on the number or email you gave us, the booking counts as a no-show.
Health and safety
Our tours involve walking on uneven ground, climbing the wet rock of the sticky waterfall and, on rafting tours, white water. When you book, tell us about any health conditions, pregnancy or mobility limits so we can say whether a tour suits you.
Guides can stop anyone from taking part in an activity if it looks unsafe for them, including anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. That doesn't qualify for a refund.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
Your information
We use your name, email and phone number only to run your booking and to ask for a review afterwards. Some parks and activity operators require passport details, so we may photograph passports at check-in. Those images are stored privately, never published, and deleted on a fixed schedule.
